On July 21st, 2023, the headquarters of Jiangsu Shengxu Technology Group (Suzhou Jingshou Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.) and the Youyu Academy in Gusu District, Suzhou City, were officially opened with a grand ceremony at the Liandong U Valley Industrial Park in Jinqiang New Town. With a contract amount exceeding 1 billion yuan, the company has assembled a professional team of over 500 management experts and nearly 10,000 construction troops, and has built cooperation platforms with multiple universities.

"Transitioning from traditional decoration to a technological enterprise is our inevitable choice," Chen Xutian stated. The academy's mission is to "inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and strengthen cultural confidence," focusing on the essence of Suzhou culture such as poetry, tea ceremony, calligraphy, and intangible cultural heritage, and committed to public cultural communication and international cultural exchanges.
